Placing Orders
Orders to be placed through DoomBoxTraps.com. If you are having trouble placing an order through the site, please contact us.
Order Questions / Changes
We will begin processing your order as soon as it is placed so we can get it on its way to you. With this in mind, we may not be able to change an order after it is placed. If you have questions about your order or need to make a change, please contact us immediately at Sales@DoomBoxTraps.com with your name, address, order number and changes needed.
Sales Tax
Sales tax, if applicable, will be added to your order. Some areas require that sales tax also be assessed on shipping and handling charges.
If tax has not been calculated on your order, use tax may still be required to be remitted to your state. Please check with your state’s Sales Tax Office to see if you are required to remit use tax on the items that you have purchased from us.
Shipping and Handling Charges
$5 Flat Rate Shipping per pack in the 48 Contiguous States. Shipping method will be determined by the Shipping Team.
For all other shipping destinations, during check out, you can view the shipping and handling charges for your order. The shipping charges will be based on the total dollar amount of the product prior to applying any coupon codes, discounts or sale prices. The state or province may require tax to be applied to shipping and handling charges.
Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, and APO/FPO
Your order can be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, and APO/FPO addresses via our
Saver (US Postal Service) method only. APO/FPO delivery time can be up to 4-6 weeks.
Canada
All orders shipped to Canada will be shipped via the shipping method you choose at checkout. Taxes and duties may be charged when your order arrives. Those additional charges are your responsibility.
